At just 3 years old, this tiny chihuahua mix has already had quite a journey. When his loving owner passed away, Biscuit's world was turned upside down. His remaining family cared deeply for him but couldn't keep him, so they reached out for help - and the moment we saw the love in their eyes and the sparkle in his, we knew we had to bring him into the OURS family.
