Tito is Max's brother and fellow survivor of a heartbreak no dog should ever face. Like Max, Tito thought he had a family. He thought he was home. But when someone close to our rescue asked for help vetting their dogs, we gladly stepped in - only to later discover she ditched sweet Tito at the shelter and claimed he was just some stray she'd found. Oof.
